How to Book

If you need help to decide whether our wellness holidays are for you, please do not hesitate to contact us 


We are happy to talk through the published holidays available, or to discuss a tailored group holiday if you are a private group. 


Once you have found your holiday, contact us to reserve a space. 


You will be asked to complete a booking form and each guest will also need to complete a health and personal information form before the booking can be confirmed. In this form you will be asked to agree to our booking conditions. 


The purpose of the health form is to confirm that you do not have any medical conditions that may prevent you from being able to participate in the activities. If you are unsure we advise that you seek advice from your GP before committing. 


We will then request a deposit, or full balance if 6 weeks prior (unless special terms are offered). 


It is important to note a few of the key booking conditions:


  • Group departures are not guaranteed until minimum numbers are met. In the event we do not reach the required minimum numbers to meet the running costs, you will be notified no later than 4 weeks prior. At that point you will be offered a full refund or given the option to transfer to the next available date / holiday. 
  • Full balances are due 6 weeks prior
  • Deposits are non refundable (unless we have to cancel). However if you cancel a booking more than 8 weeks prior, we can transfer your deposit to an alternative date / holiday. 
  • If you have to cancel you can transfer your booking to another name, your replacement will have to sign our health and personal information form, and will then be responsible for the remaining balance due.
