We only use your data for marketing purposes if you have given us permission to do so, and you can opt out of this at any time. 

If you make a booking with us, some of your personal information will be provided to third parties (i.e. the instructors / accommodations). This information would only be used in relation to your booked services, and would include your name, contact number, dietary requirements and any relevant medical issues.  

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You have subscribed to receive our newsletters.
• You have expressed an interested in a Wellness and Walking holiday via telephone, website contact form, email or social media.
• You have made a booking with us.
• Log files, cookies and web beacons (see separate paragraphs below)

We use the information that you have given us in order to send targeted newsletters, inform you of any special offers and to tell you when new holiday have been launched.

We may do not share this information unless you have booked a holiday with us, in which case we provide suppliers with the necessary information to enable them to provide their service.

Log Files

Wellness and Walking Holidays follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
